In stock ltl services merchandise will be shipped within two business days. our typical shipping schedule is 5 business services and ltl services days or less for cross stitch leaflets and 10 business days or less for cross stitch fabric. under certain circumstances we will make partial shipments if a portion of your order is not available. returns: returns are not permitted for fibers, fabric, or copyright material whether sold individualy or as part of a kit. copyright services material includes but is not limited to leaflets, kits, and patterns.

all other returns must receive prior authorization. no returns will be accepted ltl without prior authorization. privacy: your personal information will be held in strictest confidence. the services information ltl is never sold or otherwise transferred to outside services and ltl parties. if you do not wish to receive special offers and discounts from someone''s store, services please note this in the space provided for comment on each order form.

the ltl advantage is protection, services the disadvantage is added weight, size and cost. crating even small items may cost $50.00 - $100.00, with large items costing hundreds of dollars. double corrugated cardboard using heavy grades (or double layers) of cardboard ltl is often a reasonable option to crating. the majority of items shipped are shipped in this services manner.
