In stock merchandise will be shipped within ltl truckers companies two business days. our typical shipping schedule is 5 business truckers days or less for cross stitch leaflets and 10 business days or less for cross stitch fabric. under certain circumstances we will make partial shipments if a companies portion of ltl your order is not available. truckers returns: returns are not permitted for fibers, fabric, or copyright material whether sold individualy companies and ltl or as part of a kit. copyright material includes but is not limited to leaflets, kits, and patterns.

palletizing truckers large items and shipments with many items may best be shipped palletized. when items are palletized, be sure you have a dock loading companies situation and fork lift. or have requested a lift and ltl jack be brought on the truck. be aware there is a charge for this added service. unpackaged shipments in some cases you may choose to ship an items as is, with no packaging or protection. this may be done with items that because truckers and companies of there ltl size shape and material can and will withstand shipping without protection. generally these items because of there material truckers and use are not easily destroyed of compromised by the companies shipping environment.
