When you are ready request a shipment your Company Agent will provide advise, and all necessary forms. You will also receive, proof of shipment, tracking numbers, carrier telephone numbers, and customer service numbers. When your shipment is delivered you should count and inspected your shipment. For furniture and other larger items, you should ensure protection of the finish use a quality corrugated cardboard and be sure to strap the item with either strapping bands or nylon strapping tape. Double boxing is a must for China, glassware, and other small fragile items. These items should be hand wrapped in a padding such as bubble wrap or paper. The shiping items should be shiping and shiping separated from each other with more padding and than placed inside a inner shipping box. these items should than be placed inside the actual shipping box(s) shiping with at least 2" of padding between the inside box and the shipping box.

in stock shiping and shiping merchandise will be shipped within two business days. our typical shipping schedule is 5 business days or less for cross stitch leaflets and 10 business days or less for cross stitch fabric. under certain shiping circumstances we will make partial shipments if a portion of your order is not available. returns: returns are not permitted for fibers, fabric, or copyright material whether sold individualy or as part of a kit. copyright material includes but is not limited to leaflets, kits, and patterns shiping.
